We are looking for

Global Brand Manager (m/f/d)


  • Work on one of Bahlsen’s great global brands and – together with the Global Brand Group Manager and the respective international subsidiaries – help develop a consumer inspired global brand strategy come to life (through various aspects including communication, design and product launch support) 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our growth vision, driving the brand strategy towards sustainable and profitable growth
  • Implement and coordinate operational marketing activities from the global side in a cooperative structure with the subsidiaries, establish synergies between countries, manage best practice sharing and identify savings potentials and efficiencies
  • Manage the development of global brand communication assets and design assets with international project teams in close collaboration with external agencies
  • Conduct market research and analyze market data, trends, competitive reviews and internal performance figures in order to identify growth potential for the brand together with the subsidiaries

Skill Requirements

  • Degree in business management with an international focus and a specialization in marketing
  • Several years of professional experience in brand marketing and project management in a branded goods company, preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Creativity and analytical thinking as well as a passion for developing our brands within an international setting
  • Intercultural competence along with strong social and communication skills (German and English) in dealing with various internal and external partners 
  • Confident demeanour and a collaborative, results- and service-oriented working style
