We are looking for

Senior S&OP Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Introduce and lead S&OP process on group level to optimize the supply chain relationships within company businesses to deliver value and provide transparency to the organization on constraints and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement S&OP process and supporting advanced planning tools on group level, interlinking with other key IT architecture and tool choices. Drive related project work supporting our supply chain maturity journey.
  • Lead the business S&OP cycle including running of pre S&OP and monthly Executive S&OP meetings.
  • Prepare and facilitate the S&OP meeting by creating and analyzing multiple scenarios for planning reconciliation.
  • Establish seamless internal relationships with Finance and Controlling, customer facing functions (Sales and Marketing), and the End-to-end supply chain functions to ensure transparency and optimal business results.
  • Research business issues to identify potential problems and opportunities that need to be raised to the S&OP community.
  • Support the creation of a strong Global Organization with focus on the right competences and skills.

Skill Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of ERP system process and key system functions related to demand planning, master scheduling and inventory management
  • Strong ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in matrix organization
  • Excellent command of English; German is a plus
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Proven communication skills at senior management level
  • Proven experience in implementing planning processes and tools, especially S&OP process
  • Strong IT skills (advanced MS Office: excel, PPT, Power BI)
  • Knowledge in SAP and advanced planning tools
  • Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field or similar with strong industrial background, ideally in Fast Moving Consumer Goods
  • 8+ years of Supply Chain planning experience with 3+ years supervisory or lead experience in globally operating company driving the S&OP process
