Specialist Business Intelligence & Data Governance (m/f/d)
as soon as possible, ideally as of February 2021
Bahlsen integrates IT, digital and analytics competencies in a cross-divisional and internationally active team "Group IT, Digital & Analytics".
For us, digital transformation is the targeted use of modern technology and expertise where it creates the highest added value for Bahlsen. We provide support in strategic projects, solve operational challenges and design new applications with our customers. For us, the customer-centric solution is the start of the digital transformation - not the technology.
The core of our information supply is an established business warehouse. In addition, we unite the IoT platforms of our plants and fundamentally revise the applications of our core processes including the planning processes (S&OP). In doing so, we want to use the possibilities of data virtualization and transformations in cloud platforms, process mining, robotics process automation, advanced analytics including artificial intelligence and last but not least the new SAP S/4 applications or services of the Cloud Hyperscaler as part of our business transformation.
Project management, consulting, requirements management, conception, development and implementation of Data & Analytics solutions for the Bahlsen Group with focus on Business Intelligence & Data Governance.
Definition and implementation of rules and standards for the Bahlsen Group regarding data management and data governance. This also includes the development and transfer of Data & Analytics competencies within the Bahlsen Group as well as the modeling of information models and development of data flows.
Support and further development of our applications for planning, reporting & analysis such as SAP BW, SAP ECC 6.0, S/4HANA embedded Analytics, SAP BO, SAP Analytics Cloud, Advanced Planning Tool.
Management & further development of the BI community as well as the data owners and data stewards.
Ensuring the service quality of the deployed service providers and escalating problem situations.
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, ideally in the consumer goods industry (FMCG).
You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, business informatics with a focus on controlling / business intelligence or mathematics with BI as a minor subject or have a comparable qualification.
You have strong analytical skills and are able to identify and work out business challenges and translate them into concrete implementation plans.
You have profound knowledge in SAP BW, SAP BO (especially WebIntelligence and Analysis for Office) and ideally also in SAP ERP as well as SAP S/4HANA embedded Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud.
You have experience in data governance and preferably also in data virtualization. Ideally, you model ETL processes and have experience with SQL. Programming or script experience is also an advantage.
You have knowledge in IT architectures and experience in project work.
You have a strong customer orientation, consulting and problem solving skills.
Working in teams as well as a confident appearance and the will to succeed is as natural to you as dealing with conflicts.
Excellent communication skills in German and a good command of English complete your profile.
